Extensive studies carried out by the British Ship Research Association have shown that a power loss of up to 6% can result from a roughened propeller. Having your prop polished by us can equate to huge savings in fuel and emissions.
Large companies such as Chevron Oil are engaging in prop polishing in an attempt to lower running costs and in some cases, large vessels can save thousands of dollars per day in fuel.
